Order Changes and Cancellations

Request Timing

We begin preparing orders soon after they are placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us immediately with the order number. We will make reasonable efforts to help, although a request may not be possible once fulfillment has progressed.

After Dispatch

Orders already in transit generally cannot be cancelled. Please consult the Return and Refund Policy for next steps, or contact service@avermontia.com for order-specific assistance.
