Shipment Updates

Where tracking is available, updates are sent using the contact information entered at checkout. A tracking number can take time to show movement after the carrier receives shipment details.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If tracking has not progressed for an unusual period or a delivery appears missing, email service@avermontia.com with your order number. We will review the available shipment information with you.
